April-Wendy has dabbled in Stand Up Comedy, primarily performing at The Stand Comedy Clubs, both in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The immediacy of an audience reaction allows her to flex her funny bones and to re-energise her comic writing.
Twiddly Studio
As a Creative Consultant, April-Wendy had the pleasure of consulting on several successful Apps now to market, through her involvement with Twiddly Studio,
an Edinburgh based independent game development company. Twiddly Studio is made up of a multi talented team who have tasked themselves with producing high quality games for iOS platforms, to enrich, entertain and inform.
Eyedoll Productions
Film-maker/Artist David Hutchison the man behind Eyedoll Productions and the Director of the highland chiller "Graders", has provided great support over recent years, which has lead to collaboration on 7 of his short films.
April-Wendys credits have included art department, performing and writing; all gained alongside an increasing knowledge of production and confidence that enabled her to set up Planetview Productions and direct its first short.

Passionately Ambivalent
'Passionately Ambivalent' A short play written and directed by Scottish Writer Sue Gyford, as part of the 'Great Yes, No, Don't Know' 5 minute Theatre Show, which was run by the National Theatre of Scotland - in the build up to the 2013 referendum; starring Sue and April-Wendy.
